Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure optimal print quality, please follow these artwork requirements:

File Format Requirements

  • Submit artwork in vector format only: PDF, SVG, or AI files
  • Raster formats (PNG, JPG, etc.) are not accepted

Color Requirements

  • All logos and artwork must use PMS (Pantone) color codes
  • Critical for plastic cup printing to ensure color accuracy
  • Do not use RGB, CMYK, or HEX color values

Additional Services

  • Color assistance available at $100/hour for:
    • PMS color matching
    • Logo file conversions
    • Color adjustments and corrections

Rush Orders

  • Contact us at info@inksplosion.com for rush orders. Fees start at $250 for priority processing.
  • If only part of your order needs rushing, place separate orders for standard and rush items.

Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Local pickup available in Lenexa, KS – select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you when it's ready.

Lead Times

  • 50+ cases: 8-10 weeks lead time.
  • Under 50 cases: 4-6 weeks lead time.
  • Timelines start after art approval and include processing, production, and shipping. Contact us for specific questions.

PET vs. PLA

  • PET: Durable, clear, recyclable (not biodegradable).
  • PLA: Bio-based, compostable under special conditions.
  • Choose based on your sustainability and recycling needs.

Sales Tax

  • Tax-exempt or resale accounts: Email info@inksplosion.com with your certificate before ordering for proper processing.
